Do you play an instrument?(+new video blog)….

Top of the evening to ya and what a beautiful evening it is. The sun is just about gone here in NYC and it’s the beginning of what appears to be a very peaceful and enjoyable night. Nothing fancy going on, just working on music, some web stuff and then some dinner. A pretty tame evening but one that I’m looking forward to.

I edited some of the footage from last night’s soiree at Mireya’s house for you to check out. We had a great time and I just want to publicly thank Mireya and her beautiful family for always receiving me with so much love into their home. I really feel like I am part of their family and I love them for it. Muchas gracias

I just finished taking a nice refreshing shower after a good run by the water and again I am reminded that nothing beats a summer night. Time to think about dinner soon and see what is on the menu for tonight. I have been doing really well with keeping my diet healthy so I will try to stay on course and keep it nutritious. One of my biggest weaknesses is not eating late. They say it’s not healthy to do so but man o’ man do I love to eat at night, the later the better. I am the one that will go to the diner for a huge breakfast at 3am, just tell me what diner to meet you at. lol! But I have been better about that and not eating too late. So far so good, one day at a time.

So tonight’s question is simple enough, do you play an instrument and if so, which one? If it’s more than one, just answer regarding your main instrument.
