Thursday, oh how I’ve missed you. I like the feel Thursday’s have. So close to the weekend but still have quite a productive mood floating around. I tend to get a lot of things done on Thursdays. Its a cloudy sky in NYC this morning and as always you will not hear a complaint from my lips in regards to clouds or rain. It’s been a few weeks since we’ve seen some droplets float our way and they will most definitely be received with much adulation.
I am feeling so much better this morning, although still a little bit under the weather, but nothing compared to yesterday. Thank you so much to everyone for sending me so many get well wishes. I am always so beautifully reminded how much love I am surrounded by and it means more than you know so thank you thank you thank you.
Lots to do today but my goal is to not stress out too much. I am on the cusp of finalizing the website but there a a few key components that I am not fully understanding that are driving me a bit batty but I will spend today trying to figure those points out. I hope by the end of the day, they will be resolved and I will have good news to share in the coming days regarding a launch date. It will be worth the wait, I promise you. One section I will be setting up on the new website is a feedback section so you can help me out in making it the best it could be.
with that said, I must get my butt in gear and start working

It is a lovely day here in San Diego. A quiet moment at work, two more hours until the next shift begins, when the hustle and bustle starts once again. My internet sobriety has been a bit of a struggle. lol. Finding different ways of communicating. More phone calls to say hello and how are you. Even little hand written notes here and there. I am in the midst of writing Meredith a letter. There will be no handwritten LOL’s in there for sure. Hahaha! I have been engrossed in Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. I must admit that it has been a slow read for me because of the beautiful dialog alone. I HONESTLY have no clue as to what is being said half the time. It almost feels like re-discovering a forgotten language. But in the meantime, did you think that I could stay away from your blog? Obviously not. lol. Here’s to many more breathtaking days, Laarni.

It’s a late night at work… enrolling students until midnight… it seems.. good night because I have a great deal to do befor I take a trip to go see meredith and my family. This weekend busy as could be making homemade pies … decorating for Christmas…. and writing a paper… I have the day off tomorrow.. yes you heard it… I am not going to work on Satureday. I have been working my tale off… I don’t really know why but … the truth of the matter is … I like money. Adrian … I am happy that you are feeling better… hugs… coming your way and I pray you heal fast so that you can get to work on that new song that you been holding back from your friends….

I must admit, I have no clue as to what time it is. All I know is that it is a Saturday. Early morning light is starting to paint my room. I have a tendency to leave the windows open, regardless of the weather. So this morning, I awoke freezing my ass off. But I welcome the frigid air and the life it brings with it. Close my eyes for a moment, in a room without a clock, I can feel the earth slowly waking. I can hear seagulls calling out to one another, closer at first, and then suddenly fading. Pretty soon I will hear the footsteps of my children running towards my room and wishing me a good morning. Covering me with endless kisses, telling me about last night’s dreams. Moments like these that matter most. Moments that I carry with me, moments that will carry me, even in my toughest times. Smile. I am blessed with this amazing life.
